Vega's is gender primarily null and sometimes amorphous.
Any pronouns are relevant.
Its an alien, it has no real solid concept of binary genders.

This character is actually an oddball organism which is the child of our characters Euclid and Murphy.

Firstly, Vega is a Deoxys that has traversed Ultra Space for too many years (likely hundreds) and has, in turn, consumed very many beings.
The first being it ever merged with were a Cosmoem and because it was still very young at the time, it was new at assimilating the things it would consume.
This left its biological makeup susceptible to fusion, which resulted in its divergent appearance.

Vega doesn't form friendships or typical relationships.
Its bonding is formed on a power level; mutually powerful beings may catch its attentions, which can be dangerous or fulfilling for either involved.
Lets just say that as a virus, it is highly infectious and I don't recommend trying to fool with it unless you think you can handle it.

Key notes:
- Easily agitated, highly aggressive
- Outfit is part of its internal makeup, simply able to shape it out of its body, rather than dress itself up like a normal Pokemon
- Basic hands when calm, clawed hands when aggravated
- Basic tentacles when calm, spined tentacles when aggravated
- Forme combo (Speed and Attack Forme)
