My boyfriend loves to watch you tube culinary videos and then say "Bunny bunny make me that.."
so he was watching sam the cooking guy and he did a T side Parmo... basically a chicken parm with a little twist. It came out really good though
So here is the recipie for ~faccc2
Chicken Parmo
Ingredients
For chicken parmo
2 chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar
Oil for frying
For Bechemel sauce
4 table spoons butter
4 table spoons flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup cream
1 in small pot melt butter, once melted add flour to make a roux.
2 stir for a minute
3 add milk and cream stirring occasionally
4 bring to a simmer stirring till thickened.
5 reduce heat and set aside
6 put the breasts in individual zip lock bags. and with rolling pin, or tenderizing mallet pound breasts flat, about a 1/4 inich thickeness
7 season flour with pepper
8 Dredge each breast through the flour making sure to coat evenly, then dredge through the egg, and finally through the breadcrumbs
9 heat oil in large saute pan, or use a deep fryer
10 fry on each side for 4-5 minutes making sure the chicken is cooked through
11 set on baking sheet and drizzle bechemel sauce over each breast, and top with shredded chedder
12 place the under broiler for 10 minutes
