Newenglanders newest transformation boy. An Icelandic horse. Since I was in Iceland a couple years back I really enjoyed this one. I liked doing the figures in ink and watercolour but the backgrounds in acrylic. I never got into a glacial tunnel while there but I sure wanted to! Vicarious living through art work. 16x22 ink, watercolour, acrylic and black wing pencil on illustration board.

I did have a completely non-canon idea: Buttons the Destroyer, the Shetland Pony Barbarian, teaching the new horsie how to fight like a proper barbarian. Starting with those padded double ended sparring staffs some martial arts trainers use. That would be really cute, and also really silly and stupid. In the one in a million chance the picture owner likes that idea I'd support it also. However, be warned: Buttons fights dirty. :)
