enough to feed a small army of gamers.
simple enough, when you're adequately prepared. you'll need about a gallon or so of rich Bolognese pasta sauce, fortified with about 2lbs of Italian sausage, either loose and browned, or linked and sliced, dun matter, plenty of lasagne noodles, size of the pan, will dictate number of noodles needed, naturally. but I used about five noodles per layer, and I think it was four laters, so that's 20 ALWAYS cook more than you need. breakage is common. cooking with MASSIVE pot and tons of water, will definitely help sticking. start with sauce, add COOKED lasagne noodles, arrange so just touching, with minimal if any overlap, goop up with a nice smear of sauce, a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella [you'll need several pounds, and small dollops of ricotta allovers. I love piping it on with a ziploc bag. and i add 1 raw egg to the ricotta per cup of cheese, and whisk together. repeat with layer of noodles, and topping gets a sprinkle of parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder and pop in the oven at bout 375 for a good 45 minutes. [smaller pans may cook quicker, this one is a F$#king turkey roaster. so it's gonna take a while. and as usual, omnomnom.
