Good work. I appreciate the, what, vivid nature of art done on the spur of the moment?
Before I flunked out or architecture school- one of the two great failures of my life- they had us sketching on "canary paper." You ever run into that? Yellow, semi-transparent stuff. I asked why they wanted us to use that, when it was really as expensive as any other drawing paper. They said it was because anything done on this yellow onionskin paper you KNEW you'd have to throw away, so it freed you. Make all the mistakes you want, you're going to have to do it over anyway. Not sure how wise that is, not sure what it taught me, but it feels like it taught me something. Maybe that's the reason I write the first draft of any of my stories on cheap paper with a fountain pen. I know I'll have to do it over before the final, so... all bets are off.
