This character is a Pokémon hybrid, a combination of Pikachu and Shinx. This character features a split color design, with a collar-like marking, sewn in by machine. He also features several appliqué addons, such as the back stripes, the ears, and the eyes. The tail was custom designed for this critter, with a lightning-bolt shaped main piece with a star on the end.
