I once had a snake oc named Padrig who I tried very hard to make look like a pink and yellow bush viper but I failed to do that so hard that he looked like a leopard gecko with a long tail instead. So after like 3 years of having scrapped his character entirely, I decided to redraw him AS a leopard gecko and revamp his character entirely. He's super cute now and I love him.
