CD-ROM Showoff! (''Anyone Remember These?'')
Does anybody remember these kinda games? You could put them into your Windows computer at the time, and you were greeted with either a story-driven point-and-click-based adventure, or a revamped arcade game, like Pac-Man or Break-Out. Freddi Fish Maze Madness (NL: ''Dolle Doolhof'') is that kinda Pac-Man-ish game, where in Freddi's case, you have to collect kelp seeds in all kinds of waterworld-inspired mazes. There's a dark rocky cave, an abandoned beach in evening setting, a lush seeweed forest, and my absolute favorite -- the bright icy waters! There's even a couple levels that take place inside a sunken pirate ship, with tropical sailor music's galore! It's truly incredible! Pajama Sam, in a nutshell, is about a little boy who goes on all kinds of adventures in order to undo or solve a great mistake he made, or to get back his stuff which has been either stolen by someone, or lost by Sam on accident.
Both are great games and if you have kids that like these type of games -- or you like to play them yourself -- then by all means give it a try! You won't regret it!
