One of the few good things about this whole pandemic is that drive-in movie theaters have been enjoying a nice resurgence, and the Skyview Drive-In theater on my HO-scale model train layout is no exception! It's a Walthers Cornerstone kit, with the screen designed so you can fit a 7.9" tablet into it, and I have a cheap Android tablet in the screen playing old drive-in intermission snack bar ads and trailers. I bought this for my current layout here (built in early 2018) because my hometown of Brockton MA used to have a drive-in theater called the Skyview, closed and razed before I was born, as my parents told me about how they went there when they were kids in the 1960s. So when I saw Walthers was making a drive-in theater building kit called the Skyview, I couldn't resist! I even recently added a playground to the drive-in here, like the real Skyview had as well!

Yep, I got the original Al's General Store there. Your best bet is to try and get one that comes in the 1970s "circus"-style packaging or the 1980s "white box" packaging. I think it was 1991 when they switched to generic/made up product names to avoid getting sued, around the time Life-Like changed their logo and packaging styles.
