My portrayal of this character has evolved quite a bit over the years.
Always shown as the stronger, more wise personality, I tend to give him a somewhat elderly stature and mature expression.
The gruff exterior betrays a charismatic and jubilant personality. A gallant suit of armor guarding an gilded heart. A heart both dually capable of the most tender of love and the most insatiable of furies.
Truly an admirable individual.

Needs more package to match that ass. And more ramune. Definitly needs more ramune
Also, tiny critique? Maybe paint white over the texture layer next time before overlayingit, I guess Im picky but that overlayed liney creasy bit over Ravid's thighs bugs me, it makes the background suddenly frustrating instead of a pleasing texture in the background adding to the piece as a whole. But its a tiny gripe. The ref sheet as a whole is outstanding. An you drew Ravid very attractively :3

Not bad at all. cross hatching isnt so bad, try thinking of the lines you use being consistent with the fall of the light on the figure. So if the light is above the lines would go sort of vertical. then for the second or third or however many sets of crossing lines, follow the sort of contour of the body part, or area you're shading. But then if you already knew this, my bad- just tossing some insight to how I do it.
Im sure he'll be pleased!
