Oh god this makes my fingers hurt just hearing it. I'm terrible at scales and arpeggio on the guitar.
ONE THING...
You need to get rid of the static. what did you record this in? if you have audaicity, open it in it. Select a part that's nothing but static, and hit Effects - Noise removal - Get noise profile. Then select the entire song and hit noise removal - remove noise. It should cancel the static. It's honestly better to do this to each instrument rather than the entire song because then it gets to complex to remove it.
Just thought you might like to know that tid-bit since otherwise this is pretty good, I wish I was that good.

omg thank you!!! I've been trying to figure that little problem out for years!!! I just figured oh well I'll deal with it, but I'll try and work it out so it doesn't do that. See I have this program that uses the TV and the only way to record it, for me, is to put a microphone up to the speakers and record it that way. should this help out even though the sound original came from the speakers on my tv?
