I really have no beter excuse for this save I was bored and reading my various info feeds.
The writer of a comic I dig tweeted something rediculous - Scorpion Puppies - and my mind instantly went into "Screw whatever you're doing! You're drawing That!" mode. About two hours worth of puppy photo reference and a bunch of failed attempts later, I ended up with this.
I am working on an Illustrator version at the moment so stay tuned for that.
