I got the idea for Theta from those cool cyborg characters of ZetaR02 i think her name is. Theta is armed with hands that BOTH turn into gatling miniguns, her boots have rockets in them and she possesses super strength as a result of her cybornetics. do not let the Eggman logo on her uniform fool ya, shes rebelled and is rogue, she will defend herself if attacked but usually approaches with a friendly dimeanor and can be a very helpful ally in a tight spot against foes. Better to be on her good side.
