Shirley the Loon as she'll look in my 80s fan fics. This is inspired by other Tiny Toons 80s fan art. One which she was dressed in blue and wore a head band. I decided to leave out the head band and color her bow blue and the rest of her outfit pink like her shirt. I was gonna color her pants black but decided to color them blue to match her bow.
