My star Pokemon in Diamond. I never knew what he was.. till I looked at other peoples interpretations. A cat? Really? I drew him somewhat canine like... but I can definately see the cat! Oh twell.

Very cute, love the expression.

I always thought it was a cat because the initial form is Shinx, which is a play off of Sphinx, which is a half-lion critter. Then Luxio, the second form has a very Kimba-like flair to the styling.

Yeah I think it is a cat too. That makes a lot of sense. I just am a canine person and they don't have any good canines in Diamond.. xDD Thankies for the comment :D

yeah, they're based off of Lions i think, but i can see the wolf bit too, so maybe they just mixed the two together for the last form? XD idk

xD I bet youre right. Mine became a mix breed.. xDD Hence why he's so special. If I draw him again he'll be more cat like. I drew this at school with really no reference.. and I inked it before looking at other peoples takes on the creature.
