Well, the one with the CD drive can do both, I'm sure, though it's suspected it'll cost more than the digital only version, because of the "extra hardware". I believe Sony's doing this as a "transition phase" to digital only, as opposed to Microsoft's "Bow down and submit to our vision of the future you pleebs" approach with the XB1 that rather blew up in their face.
