A question I assume some people would have is how I can train my flexibility when my default "Blorb" form has no defined muscles. And likewise, how does flexibility and contortion work when I have three legs.
Really, the only difference is that splits don't look as square as they should be. Or more square, considering the middle leg is often positioned halfway between my outer legs, and thus closer to right angles to each other. But for frontbends, backbends, and other stretches, my middle leg barely gets in the way. And if they do, such as with extreme frontbends with straight legs, I can just detach or get rid of it.
And my middle leg has some benefits. I can really stretch my backbend as tight as is humanly possible by pulling against my middle leg while the others frame my torso.
