I don't think he will, Diesel 10 hasn't appeared/been mentioned since "The missing Christmas decorations" and the only way he appears now is in merchandise. The only reason I can think of for that is because a bunch of Soccer Moms complained about him being "too scary".

It's a shame because Diesel 10 was a unique and interesting character.
