Third "chapter" of dear kobold Rhomirk, he finds a certain dragon and a wondrous city of mostly kobolds.
The idea of city was based off a brief night dream I had. While the multiple "flavors" of kobolds were a mixture of Pathfinder and Overlord 1 and 2.
