I've heard of talking in circles, but I've never seen it quite so literal before. And as far as getting sniffed goes, the newcomer could certainly have chosen more awkward places to sniff. At least they seem like they have a better idea what's going on, if the communication issues can get solved.

okay so what i wanna know is so like this whole magic transformation only effected the america's yeah? which makes me wonder what the heck is up with the rest of the world?

like is the America's or where the america's Isolated from the rest of the world by some sorta magic barrier? was the america's transported to a different dimension all together? hell was the rest of the world actually transported somewhere else???

because the entire population of the America's suddenly disappearing and losing contact would massively change the rest of the world and why just the america's that where chosen to be turned into these things?

is humanity extinct? or can they simply not reach them anymore? or hell are they even still on the planet period?

i know this has nothing to do with what's happening in the story but like i dunno i am kinda more interested on what's up with the rest of the world lol.

Oh no there is lore for this actually, older lore but let’s see

1) yes humans still exist outside the Americas. They have lived the past 3000 years with their own degree of dark ages, golden ages, with the rise and fall of many civilizations and nation states.

2) the edge of the raddir’s influence is a reality warping border known as the “pulse wall” and serves as a great filter that forces interloping entities of other realities to abide by the will of the raddir.

3) yeah the americas just vanishing behind a wall of billions of raddir did plunge the world into a dark age for about the next 700 years. Not only because of the loss of the Americas themselves but also due to the sudden loss of the Atlantic as a viable trade route combined with hundreds of indirect consequences.

4) by this time (the drekir awakening period) humanity has advanced closer to a karadchev 2 state and is pretty well advanced. Though still hindered by this reality warping anomaly that is the dragonscape. Though a multinational coalition of scientists have begun work on the Interloper project...

although forcing Interlopers to abide by the will of the Raddir? so what do they get turned into these dragon things or does that mean that only a very select few individuals from the outside are allowed access to the america's? or both?

clearly it must be something impractical though otherwise i am sure Humanity would have found some way of making do by Abiding by there wills and continuing some form of trade etc.

Though they have a very limited impact due to the raddir.

Basically what I mean is that the DragonScape will make things that are not a part of it's internal rules, part of them. Any non ohndemic creature will become Ohndemic (humans become drekir, chickens become Juklar, etc. etc.) Likewise things not made within the DragonScape are destroyed, essentially blipped out of reality.
If you flew a plane into the Americas everything on that plane would be gone and you would simply awaken as a drek(erlen) on the shores closest to where you entered. So you won't see any "humans" in the dragonscape and colonial activity is not a realistic option when the present reality just does a "no" and changes everything to fit in.

There are ways to get past the pulse wall with small pieces of technology but that should best be saved for later

Not quite, Ohndemic reality is aggressive but human reality is far less warping.

This is generally because one reality has a literal billions of godlike entities.
