Yemaya is known as the queen and ruler of the ocean. She was given the oceans to govern when Alofi saw how hard she worked and cared for her children. (children: those that decided to take the Yemaya path/have Santo done to them with Yemaya as their "mother" and head.) Her "sister" is Oshun, who governs the rivers - the one that helps with the wars and battles is Oya. I will be drawing those two before the year ends.
