I imagine on this occasion that Maru might appreciate the help or at least presently they're only barely conscious so they won't be getting irritated and snapping at the kindly dragon for helping them. I expect it would have been a truly impressive display either of raw power or very delicate and intricate to have brought on their current state in any case.
