If it still runs, that's all that matters! Reminds me of the brief period where a friend of mine had a beat-up scooter similar to this. Max speed was like 10mph but it was fine for riding around the neighborhood at least! All he really used it for was coming over to visit me, and driving to the convenience store on the corner to get snacks. Sounds exactly like what Taro here uses his for!
