Aw, poor Vicky. I'm with her. I hate having to get all dressed up in fancy clothes, especially when there's any kind of food involved. But she looks cute as she can be in her dress, and the little pout is adorable. I just hope Mamma will have plenty of friends and/or relatives at this event to help keep an eye on rebellious little puppies!
