This was a sketch that I did for Kesten at MWFF 2009. Like on many of my posted sketches I replaced my sketch-text with Photoshop fonts.
If I remember correctly, the theme was centered around being a scientist.
Therefore, I made him Reed Richards/Mr. Fanatastic which then in turn prompted Dr. Doom to come by and yell into his brain. Without reference, I tried my best to execute Doc Doom on paper from memory.
Heh heh..but Kesten is not intimidated. He just yells right back!

Then again, flipping Squirrel Girl has beat him silly. One of the most useless superhero powers since Aquaman's talking to fish (well, yeah, and also the umpteen dozen feet large squids, Killer Whales, and the like... ), and she figuratively stomps him into a mudhole.
Kinda hard to take a villain like that too terribly serious.

I don't really follow comics, so I wouldn't know. I just knew about her beating Doom because an IRC friend linked to scanned copy of the issue in which it happened, ages ago.
Wikipedia says she's beaten 10 others, several of them multiple times, including Thanos.
