If only the environment was a bit more foreboding, some dark woods surrounding it. Maybe not so much white on the building itself.

I've noticed the more and more they take away from that place, the more and more it reminds me of a castle or mansion, perhaps created by some long forgotten millionaire.

the county where i live, turned its old mental health complex, named curiously enough, dewitt, into government office and service spaces. many of the old structures were torn down and replaced with more modern office complexes. but many others remain, little altered, other then to adopt them to their current roll.

makes me wonder what it feels like to work there. of course most people working there now probably hadn't been born yet when the place served its previous function.

at any rate, most of placer county california's public, political, social and economic services are run from there.

I live in the states. But anywho. This is in Woster Mass. No idea what they're planning todo to it. The site is owned by UMass.
