Hysthia, a sacred blade lost to Lohrein's history and said to have been blessed and created by the goddess Asteria herself. Otherwise known as the Holy Blade of Asteria, Gift of the Goddess and Spirit Edge.

However, to those who know the truth behind the blade it has taken on other names. Blade of Deceit, Traitor's Blade and Soul Breaker... a sword housing the soul of the banished goddess Shushune who was betrayed and sealed by her sister Asteria. Though sealed for centuries upon centuries her presence can be felt resonating from the blade.

To simply touch the blade is to invite pain and misery against your body for the weapon is constantly kept at extreme temperatures though never seems to melt not distort, to wield the user would require an immunity to fire or to wield Shushune's very own gauntlets and armor. Swinging the blade with engulf it in fames which can vary in colour and strength. The sword is a masterpiece of smithing though comes at a huge cost, to wield the blade is to sap the wielder's own strength and mental state as the spirit of the blade will drain and "Talk" to the user, history has few accounts locked away of its capabilities though all wielders have seemingly gone insane or ended their own life as a result.
