A proud sub-species of Centaur found in the land of Lohrein, having aided the Lohrein army in the war between Tel'Mushriq and Lohrein they are welcomed into the land of the light and given the blessing of the land's royalty. As a result of this there is conflict and tension between the centaurs found in Lohrein and those of the Tel'Mushriq desert.

Arrogance and prudeness is a trait present in many member of this species, often seeing themselves as above the other races they look down upon the citizens of Lohrein, this superiority complex has led to them being disliked by many residents of the land though still seen favourably among nobilty and those of status. Despite seeing humans and other races as beneath them they are not beyond kindness with many helping out the "lower races" in a demonstration of strength and superiority.

Unlike the desert centaurs who are built for strength, endurance and stamina, the plains centaur is more built for speed and agility. With their hooves and legs designed for fast travel on flat ground they make excellent scouts and archers as well as messengers and frontline soldiers. Outside of a military setting they are able to do the majority of jobs other races can do while those willing to get their hooves and hands dirty are a valuable asset in farming and hunting.

Like their desert counterparts it is said they are descended distantly from Sphinxes though the plains taurs are more likely to reject this claim.
