I know that feeling. I asked a doctor about that once and he said, in my case, the tendons in my ankle got stretched too much somehow and now they don't hold my foot in the proper position when I walk. So, the side of my foot comes down before the flat of it does and that's what caused my ankle to roll like that.
Oof! I know that feeling all too well. It happened to me the week of a furcon a few years ago. I stepped off a curb near the complex I live in and when my right foot touched touched the pavement about a foot below and my right ankle rolled Amanda I fell and hit the ground. Lucky I didn’t smack my head on the curb.
