Few years ago, my grandfather has passed away. He was too fat, his old, poor heart couldn't handle it. His last words were "stay healthy". I lived faithful to his words. No aclohol, no cigarettes, no fast food. Regular exercises, healthy diet. Commitment and dedication. I have seen tears on face of my mother after he passed out. I knew that if anyone in our family will not take care of themselves, this will happen again.
Those tears were something that none of us wanted to see again. So we all looked after each other, making sure that we're having a healthy lifestyle, attentind regular medical examinations. Everything just to stay in shape, stay healthy and secure our family.
Now it doesn't matter. Cuz after seeing that mega chonk my eyes absorbed so much cholesterol that I can feel my heart struggling to work. Thanks fepa uwu
