I remember hearing about someone planning on holding a baby dragon contest (I think on DA) and I thought, why not make a baby drawing of my character. I did my best, but it didn't turn out quite as good as I had hopped. The reason for this is probably my horrid back pain lately. I was grinding my teeth and on the verge of tears this morning trying to finish it. I have been trying to work on this for like a week! but shit kept popping up to prevent me from working on it.
Also, I drew him too large. He did fit on the paper, barely, but my scanner is too small. If anyone could reccomend a good scanner, I would appreciate it. It needs to be larger then 12"X9" because that is the size of my drawing paper.
Anyway, here is Hericks as a baby! Enjoy! As soon as I figure out what color I want him to be, I'll get around to colloring him.

EDIT: GAH! I just realised I forgot to draw his bracelets! Unfortunately I already sprayed this piece with fixative, so I'll have to redo it. Oh well, I'll just get a lightbox and trace it and edit it that way. I already have to do that in order to color it (since I want to keep this drawing intact as a reference).
