This piece was started just after "EVAC ArmorSuit." I wanted an even more militaristic design. The helmet idea I had kicking around back when i posted "Helmet 1 & 2" but never went past the sketch phase. I wanted make a helmet where the visor has a fang like edge, so when closed would look like a saber-tooth. That's why I decided to call my fictitious company SaberTech (originally PrediTech.) I also incorporated an indented "stripes" motif on the chest-plate to drive home the tiger look.
The vehicle was redesigned from my original. It was a more smaller sleeker model that would have looked better in an urban environment than in a more rugged terrain.
