I don’t have a canon explanation for it since my main reason for having him in the first place was a friend of mine designing him so I could commission mpreg art from artists who would not draw canon/existing characters. My best explanation I can think of is that he has an artificial womb implanted inside him and he acts as a surrogate for a family member, taking a DNA sample from his family member’s partner. I don’t really like to think about the explanation though because my main fascination is with the temporary belly hehe.
