Any one for an eggcellent breakfast check out these delights from the kitchens of qaz-anthrodragon
******************************
I began with a tomato, a sausage, an onion, three eggs, salt, pepper, and ketchup. I made two very different looking and tasting meals by cooking them in different ratios and with different techniques.
On the upper-right is a double-egg, powdered sausage, minced tomato omelet with a sprinkle of onion pieces and a bit of ketchup.
On the lower-left is a sausage tartar with sliced hard-boiled egg, diced tomatoes, shredded onion, and a quick circle of ketchup.
Now, if you'll excuse me, it's time to eat.

On the lower-left is a egg and sausage tartar. (not sure if "tartar" is the right word)
You will need:
1 egg
1 tomato
1 onion
some meat (I used a beef sausage)
salt
pepper
ketchup
Boil the egg in water until thoroughly hard-boiled (some "wetness" in the yolk is acceptable). Microwave the sausage for a minute, not long enough to cook it, just to heat it a little. Chop the sausage into pieces until it crumbles at a light touch. Dice the tomato and shave a small bit of onion off. Cut the egg into thin slices.
Shape the sausage pieces into the shape desired and cover with egg slices. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle some tomato and onion on top. Add a small circle of ketchup just before serving (don't put too much ketchup on, it will ruin the texture).
Serve immediately. This dish can also be refrigerated and reheated if ketchup is added after reheating instead of immediately.

On the upper-right is a sausage/tomato omelette.
You will need:
2 eggs
1 tomato
1 onion
some meat (again, I used beef sausage)
salt
pepper
ketchup
shredded cheese
soymilk (milk will work fine)
Crack open two eggs and put the contents in a large cup (you do not need to separate the whites and the yolks). Add a small amount of cheese and soymilk (for consistency, not for taste) and stir until blended. Chop and add some tomato, sausage, and onion (save a bit of onion for garnishing).
Pour mixture into a saucepan and turn on stove to its highest setting. Spread mixture until even (use a fork to spread the solid pieces). Add salt and pepper.
When the omelette's edges become solid and the bottom has the brown color of a pancake, turn off the heat and fold the omelette in half before putting it on a plate (the center will be a slight bit raw; this is normal). Sprinkle some onion on top, then add a bit of ketchup.
Serve immediately.
These are good breakfast recipes if you have the time in the morning. The tartar also can be a dinner item.
