While I hear such people are still around, I have another question. How often do you take a shower if the Con location is not your hotel, which is filled with so many people that the air condition doesn't cut it anymore, especially in summer. Mind that each for each shower you have to go somewhere, shower and go back. Mind that this will make you miss events, meetings and time in the dealer's den. A convention you had to take vacation days and cost you several hundred Euros or Dollars.
It's not that if you take a bath in the morning will last you until late in the evening.
I'd say you loose at least 10% of a convention day if you take an extra shower in a day. You also need more reserve clothes or arrange your clothes to be washed or wash them yourself, costing you more time or money (if it isn't part of the hotel service).
As I haven't seen someone with a shirt like that it's difficult to know who doesn't commit to personal hygiene or simply has a long day behind them.

There is a big difference between someone who hasn't washed once through the whole time of the convention and someone who is sweaty due one day full of fun in a packed place in summer with bad AC. One shower a day and some anti perspiration stuff goes a long way.
And some people sweat more than others just as some people sweat less. All you have is the person in front of you and no way knowing which is which.
Though instead of judging people and throwing stereotypes around people could argue that if someone knows they will sweat a lot during the day for whatever the reason that person could carry an extra shirt and antiperspirant with them and freshen up at a convenient time. All it takes is a little planning.
That way they might start doing this and not matter the reason people are sweating, Conventions might become a little more pleasant. I know that this should be the reasonable thing to do, but we are all only human. We sometimes don't see the obvious, react in wrong ways or it comes down on how the message is being delivered.

You know, this is the only one I can see in the real world... and it actually has a Google Result for how to make it! https://skillupskillet.wordpress.co.....rispie-treats/
