Beaut bonza burgers, handsomely homemade all the way from the kitchens of libragon
******************************
Ok this is a recipe I got from Chef School. Yesterday I invited a friend of mine and made these juicy burgers to eat and we also bought some beer x3
Everything you see is homemade (except from the mayonnaise and mustard XP)
So here I provide the recipe:
Ingredients:
For the bread puns:
700 gr. flour
400 gr. milk
50 gr instant yeast
For the patty:
500 gr. minced pork meat
1 tablespoon of mustard
salt
pepper
1 egg
a handful of finely chopped parsley
First of all we start from the bread puns. In a bowl we put the flour mixed with the yeast and the milk and we mix until we have a nice silk dough. It is supposed to be a bit sticky so don't worry. After we make it, we cover it with a cloth and we let it rest for half an hour. Then we cut the bread into small balls, weighting 100-150 gr each. We place them in a baking pan that we've covered with flour first. We let them rest for an hour again. After that, we bake them on 180oC for around 30-45'
Meanwhile, we will make the patties. We put all the ingredients in a bowl and we mix them all at once. Then we cut portions weighting 150 gr. each and we form the patties. Then we fry them.
After both the patties and the bread puns are ready, we cut the puns in half and we add the ingredients of our choice. I personally made a sauce out of mayonaise and mustard (you can do the same with ketchup instead of mustard, it's all up to your tastes), some lettuce and some slices of tomato.
Enjoy~
