I commission  PokeNerd2499 for this cute art since the last year as I was waiting for his permission. He's letting me to post it since he didn't want to post it.

This is a pre-sequel of Kyle's Birthday

Kyle was tricked by Volcano of performing a sing as he didn't know he was on a pedestal. Volcano poured down the cement, then smooth the surface around his whole body and leaving a hole for his mouth as water spewing out to try to wash off the cement on him. It was too late to wash off, cement quickly hardens on Kyle and he turns into a fountain. Kyle was now a cute Primarina fountain until someone got him out.
