Personality: Hugo is a pretty jovial and playful fellow as Hugo/Hugh, and is plenty flirty once he's stripped down to his underwear during a show. He often acts as the mentor with a particular Blue Jay to help out new dancers to the scene, and is very much popular around the club as one of it's best dancers and a helpful staff member. He does have a particular disdain for violence and confrontation though, but plays the peace-maker when such situations arise at the club. He is a big sucker for any natural based products, such as drinks or food made from natural produce, in particular oranges and carrots or their juice. He's often seeing nibbling on such natural snacks in his spare time, and some patrons have mentioned he often smells strongly of fruit all over( such as scented soaps). He is considerably more serious as Hugin, though still maintains that playful charisma.

Abilities: Psychic powers, enhanced flight, omni-directional viewing up to two miles away and standard enhanced sight.

Background: Hugo's life has been more or less average, growing up in Soutern Sweden with his rather sizable family of six siblings alongside the parents. He did fairly well in school but only really excelled in gymnastics and sports. After he had graduated high school and earned a basic degree from college in that field, he searched for a good location to advance his teachings with the possibility of getting work in that field. He would find it at Coast City, at the Jenson Institute as an assistant gym teacher. As he arrived in Coast City after setting things up, he made his way from the airport close to the next city over by public transport, but before he could get to his rented apartment he was beset by a group of thugs calling themselves the Mohawk Gang. Hugo had no experience in self-defense, so he did what most would do in this situation, he ran.

The thugs gave chase though, and soon cornered the raven in a alleyway. Just as things seemed grim for Hugo, a red light came over him and he found himself in an odd outfit with newfound powers, which he immediately set about using to defeat his tormentors.

After he delivered his would-be robbers to the police, Hugo went on to ponder on why he was given these powers, though eventually came to accept them as part of his life with a whole Magical Transformation sequence he thought out. He named this alias Hugin, connecting himself with the stories and tales from his homeland which was further strengthened by the Odin's Horns sigil that appeared on the chest of his transformed state's leotard. As he settled into this new life and his assistant teacher role, he got hired as a dancer at Club Ocean for his primary source of income by putting his athletic gymnast talents to use while setting up connections as a informant to many people, including the owner of the Club who relayed the information to other heroes in the city, this information being gleaned from his work as Hugin.

Weaknesses: Hugo has nothing going for him in defense, focusing on evasion and dodging in a fight to avoid damage, as any sustained will effect him as it would any normal person. Strong and appealing natural scents can throw him off too, and engaging in a direct physical fight will leave him in at a disadvantage.
