BJ is one of the main characters in Drako Frajo and the sarcastic second in command of of team of magical girls.
His favorite color is blue and he does not appreciate jokes about that. He’s ace af and in a long term committed relationship with his boyfriend slash best friend Rolo. He has four younger sisters (Greenjay, Grayjay, Stellarjay, and Magpie) that he helps his mom (Ravess) look after when he’s not hanging out with his friends in the Jersey Bois gang.
Bluejay is a very confidant and somewhat abrasive person who has a strange and unusual hatred of pants and pant derivatives. He is carefully guarded about who he lets into his inner circle and is fond of using nicknames and how fond of someone he actually is can be determined by whether the nicknames he gives are nice or insulting. He’s a lover of music and dance and his gang have the best club in all of Jersey. Granted they don’t have all that much competition given the circumstances…
BJ’s life is actually fairly stable: he helps out his mother and her work for part of the day, hosts parties at night, gets in fights with the Rowdies when they cross onto his gang’s turf starting trouble, holding religious services for the Ghenulo cult. Its a fun life and safer than it sounds, honest. Then dragons start coming out of the woodwork and some nerdy ko’meh’s saying that if he doesn’t make nice and help everyone, even those Rowdies bastards, then his fam is gonna be in a huge heap of danger. The nerve! Well, at least he gets to punch something new.
