Seishin is a psychotic man, "working" in a very poor hospital as a pathologist, where he does autopsies. Although he's not necessarily dangerous on his own, he's capable of doing harm if someone convinces him to. He took care of Mayhem, when the boy came hurt to the hospital, without any parent.
