Initial idea sketch before the extremely lazy extra additions of flat greys and the sloppy, sad excuse for shading and cloth creases as seen in my other post of this doodle. Wanted to clean it up and add more to it but am too tired due to sleep deprivation. Think the extra additions hinder it more than it helped in its sloppiness, but thought it was at least fun... so figured I might as well post the original sketch.

Might revisit this later and draw the rest of my villagers alongside him. Really want to draw Marcel as well as he's my favourite on my island... but I'm not particularly used to drawing canines, nor am I sure how to translate how I envision him into my normal style (whereas Raymond came rather naturally due to him being a cat and me appreciating his personality and sense of fashion haha). So perhaps look forward to that! Can't make any promises, and ultimately comes down to interest and available time, as does with most of these sketch-started/inspired projects that often don't make it past that stage due to outside circumstances... but hey! Maybe I'll find some time to carry through with it (:
