What greeted me when I looked up was an amazing sight. I instinctively needed to grab onto something to support myself as I looked up at the behemoth—or rather the normal-sized creature who had somehow diminished us—and felt weak in the knees. Upon reaching for the nearest thing, I found it to be a thick fur strand, shocking me yet again as I realized the great power the creature had.
The rat beside whom I had traveled saw opposition looming above him. I saw as much too, but the urge to talk to the creature and learn of the origin of this power, perhaps to harness it as my own, was undeniable. Regardless of which aim we would pursue, as the fleas we had become, we had a long climb ahead of us…
