Personality: Donovan is a kind hearted individual with a healthy passion for the pursuit of knowledge and advancement of science, ever the optimistic researcher and inventor while also a devoted husband and father. He cares deeply about his friends and family, spending time with both sides at home and at work, the kind of guy that nobody can really say anything negative about, even as his years started to catch up to him. He never lost sight of what mattered most to him.

Abilities: Donovan possesses an expert control of digital constructs and portals, able to open and close them at will from his suit's capabilities and technology, in addition to being extremely handy with interfacing, making him quite a skilled hacker when faced with opposing technology. His suit is much more durable than the prototype and Mk-I in the hands of Ursys and Valyran respectively. He can also fire hardlight blasts from his hands and helmet, has regained the prime of his youth due to a specialized nanotechnology, and is proficient in hand to hand combat.

Background: Donovan had always pursued the desire of becoming a scientist since his teenage years, wishing to research the world and invent something someday. Graduating college and getting the necessary degree, he started looking for a suitable position around the area. And soon enough, he would receive a interview request from a company starting up in Coast City. Eager, he went forward with it and landed himself a job there.

So begun his research with the team, the intent to study and advance nanotechnology, the possibility of a pocket cyber space, and digital manipulation. But progress was slow at best, and as the years went by, it became harder and harder to push forward into it even with the numerous successes and breakthroughs. And just as they had cracked the surface and made a decent prototype, many of the scientists were nearing retirement by old age alone, with Donovan as the youngest of the group. But when the prototype suit was stolen by a researcher they had fired, the funding being directed to them was cut off. The others simply gave up, leaving everything with Donovan to go into easy retirement. The Malamute did not quit though, using what was left of the funds to push himself forward.

It was a success, he had made a good base suit beyond the stolen prototype along with many other things. But as he was plenty old now himself, he took the suit and hid it in the house for his son to find and went off the radar into a underground lab that he had claimed as his property. Sealing it up, he went into a vat of nanobot operated liquid that the group had discovered together to have interesting properties. And so, sealing himself off in suspended animation for a year in the vat with only a timer to work, his body begun to physically return to his prime. And once the timer was up, Donovan awoke into the world and begun to work to reintroduce himself as the superhero Cyber Howl!

Weaknesses: As his suit is completely centered around technology, even with it's many defenses and failsafes, it can be hacked or attacked by someone of equal or superior skill with technology. His concern for other people will also lead him to surrender himself to ensure their safety, even giving himself up for them. He also abhors violence of any kind, only fighting back if the other person strikes first.
