I really like how you depicted Don's feelings when he ties her up, the combination of excitement and guilt. The leg shaking and the way he describes it really let you see what he's feeling. And it's a nice twist that he does exercises meant to calm you down just before he gets so overwhelmed - that contrast adds to the intensity of the ending part. Looking forward to the next installment!
It was bound to happen and so it has. Poor Don for it happening as a result of him trying to help Molly with her problem only to be overcome by his. Makes you wonder if, despite what happens, he take any solace in knowing his efforts at least help to put Molly on the right track?
Then again, depending how the story gets spun to Molly when she wakes up, her situation could get worse knowing someone she trusted did such a thing to her.
It's amazing to consider how powerful the truth vs. a half-truth can be. To tell the truth could devastate someone in Molly's situation. On the other hand, making up a story that he did what he did to help keep her from falling out of the chair, or something like that, could leave her knowing he tried to care for her in the best way he knew how.
Decisions, decisions. Pain now, or pain later. Regardless, though, I see Don about to lose his medical license soon. Amazing how one mistake can ruin a life, or career, in an instant.

All those parts'll definitely be answered, even if it's not soon, or in this comic. X3 But Don is definitely aware of all those things now that he's been caught. I guess it'd usually be too late when ya realize you shouldn't have kept around so many temptations!
