This idea popped into my after looking at the Scout cosmetic Alien Cranium, Biomech Backpack and Xeno Suit and well this happened….so Dr. Second Opinion has been busy, don’t know who he is presenting this too, but a poor Blue Team Scout had the misfortune of being captured by one of Dr. Second Opinion minions (Most likely Hydro) and now he’s become the newest member of the Scream Fortress team XenoPone Scout!
