It’s about time I made a new Spy character for the Blue team can’t have Hippgriff Spy be the only one….anyway here is Kelpie Spy and while a kelpie has shown up in the official MLP comic’s once, I’m not too fond of its design so decided to make a Kelpie design with a bit more ‘kelp’ to his look.
Random notes:
- Brought a Hot-tub/Spa to the Blue Team Spy’s hidden lair, he loves to lounge in it after battles
- Needs to stay 'Hydrated/damp’ he will become weak if he starts to get too drys
- Tends to lurk around water ways as an easy exist/attack point and also encase he get’s 'spy-checked’, it’s because of this that he is the first one to know about 'Hydro’ existence and alert the Blue Team (Red Team do not know about Hydro yet)
