He IS a gestalt of two people, essentially...

Think of Oreos current status this way. The doc used an anti latex thing that didn’t completely work and Oreos fist solidified for a few brief moments. So assume the human body is still present just incorporated into the latex. Also assume that since he is both black and white latex he has two different personalities based off of them. Now the good part, see from what I’d gather the black latex from goo brain is where the caring personality comes from while the white latex from the doc is where the cold personality comes from. Combine that with the human mind and you have a helluva interesting combination.

Oh, Oreo is made of non newtonian fluid? Like Oobleck that gets hard on impact and gooey with little force?

I don't if it's just me but I'm strangely reminded of BLAME! whenever I see these latex creatures I think it's because most of the character in BLAME! are basically biosynthetic super weapons capable of walking through concrete walls five feet thick as if it was air and surviving a nuke to end all nukes like it's nothing.
