The Collector May be a being of near limitless power and stamina, but even he needs to rest every now and then, even if it is Deanna forcing him to take a quick nap so he doesn’t over work his mental powers and snap. After all Deanna was given life by the Collector to act like a mother figure and keep him in check and grounded in some kind of normalcy/reality. It just happens that occasionally she makes him take naps, this time though he was tired after being summoned to collect a vagrant and, while it didn’t use up any power it takes a different kind of power to not destroy a world when he is forcefully summoned.

Deanna is all to happy to let the Collector rest and use her as a pillow since she is a living plushie.
