One thing I'd recommend is to distinguish the nose from the face. Specifically, I'd have a lighter tone on the nose since is pink and the face dark grey. This way, the nose and the face don't blend in together.
The second thing I'd suggest is to give a dark tone to the light areas around the face. It would give the piece more contrast and make the light areas pop out a lot more. The art right now still works without the tone I suggested, but I feel it would greatly benefit.
Last thing I can think of is to give a fade out from the neck below. I understand that you are implying it already through the use of lines on the neck, but it feels a bit abrupt. What I mean by 'fade out' is to continue shading the neck; But as it goes down, you can make it lighter to the point of fading out. This way, you can have a more natural gradation.
Thank you for letting me critique your work. On a slight tangent, I like your art very much; Your character design, poses, and color choices are really effective and have a lot of appeal. I would be happy to continue seeing your future art. :)
