Well, it took over two decades and a technical tease when the Playstation 3 came out...but it's finally arrived.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
Annnnd we can't play it!
Yeah...do to certain things, those who want to hold the physical manifestation of this wonder will generally have to wait it seems...or maybe not, we don't know.
...yeah, it is kind of confusing. I was SO planning for it though!
I know. But it's alright, we can wait a little longer if need be. Gonna have to wait anyway, it's a BIG game.
Yeah! I mean the last game that was that big was...what? That one that had two?
Yep. So by Square's account, this thing is as big as two games in one...and it's just the FIRST part for crying out loud.
Oooh man...but it sounds so right. Midgar is HUGE...I think we never even see some of the sectors in the original, wonder if they'll make an appearence!
I imagine the story will have to stretch out a bit more to accommodate the biggness. Plus, not ot mention, whatever NEW stuff they have too.
Yep! We've been keeping ourselves in the dark for a blind playthrough, just like what we did for Kingdom Hearts!
Oooh...nice as KH3 was...it kind of fell flat in the end for me. Hoping FF7's remake lives up to the hype.

Anyway...While KH3 kind of fell for me, it was great in other aspects and was the thing to look forward to last year. And this year is FF7 Remake. The original, to me, still stands tall on how big it's world is and how it got the series on a great stay of characters and story. While 9 is my absolute fave, 7 was still a hallmark of...well...so much.
Now we're getting an updated version! Sure, it's more actiony but...
Eh, that's fine. They SAY they have a ATB option of somesort, but I get it...random encounters are kind of a thing of the past.
Oooh, can't wait!
Exploring Midgar will be fun. For a game this big, we should see a lot. The slums are gonna be...esshh...that's gonna give off some vibes for sure...
Oooh the train! Wonder if we use it as a fast-travel sort of thing!
That'll be interesting. Wonder if they'll make the park with Aerith creepy or not...abandoned parks...creepy...

Thanks to the coronavirus, the only folks currently able to play it are pc gamers and others who got on download. The pre-order fans have to wait for their copys.
I myself am one of them. Bought the whole stupid package and I can't even touch it yet😡
On top of that, Persona 5 Royal is in the same area.
Sooooo.....I guess the Coronavirus is our own version of Sephiroth, avoid at all cost or he'll kill yer careless ass.
